Smooths & Softens- Shea Butter Oil-widely used in Africa for centuries, the use of Shea Butter is exploding in American now.  For some products Shea Butter is too heavy.  But, the benefits of the Karite Seed are still desired.  We use Shea Oil in our Hair & Scalp Elixir. Shea Oil is produced by dividing Shea into is solid (stearin) and liquid (olein) parts.

Moisturizes & Regenerates- Refined Grade A Olive Oil is high in oleic acid and is a good skin regenerator.   Olive oil acts as a humectant, drawing moisture from the air to your hair and skin, while allowing normal exfoliation, perspiration and releasing of sebum to continue. Castor Oil  is rich in fatty acids. It is very soothing and lubricating to the skin. It is a natural emollient (skin softener) and is readily absorbed.  It acts as a humectant, attracting moisture to the skin.

Improves Circulation & Stimulates Growth- Unrefined Black Seed Oil, also known as the "seed of blessing" is an ancient remedy.  It was even found in the Tomb of King Tutankhamen. So powerful are its medicinal properties that ancient proverbs proclaim Black Seed as the "cure for all disease". Our ancestors used Black Seed on the skin to strengthen the immune system, prevent external infections, increase blood circulation and achieve a smooth, even complexion. Rosemary Essential Oil- a warming and calming essential oil. Rosemary oil helps improve the circulation of the scalp, promoting hair growth. Lavender Essential Oil- relaxes the scalp and may help slow hair loss (alopecia). Ylang Ylang Essential Oil- acts as an antiseptic and stimulates cell& hair growth.

Balances Scalp’s Oil Level- Golden Jojoba Oil-Technically, Jojoba is not actually an oil but is a liquid wax. It is highly penetrating and closely resembles our natural sebum. Sebum is required for proper moisturization of beautiful and healthy hair. Hair that has a good moisture basis tends to be more resistant to daily damage, tangles, dryness and split ends.  The use of Jojoba helps with excess sebum build-up by dissolving the sebum. Amazingly, Jojoba is good for both overly dry and overly oily skin.  It can replace the missing oils on overly dry skin and can absorb excess oil on overly oily skin.  It also makes an excellent hair conditioner. This is an excellent oil for adding moisture to the hair.

Softens- Aloe Vera Oil research has shown that Aloe Vera gel penetrates human skin almost four times faster than water. Because of its ability to penetrate so quickly, it is a wonderful addition to our serum. When combined with other healing agents, Aloe Vera helps these substances penetrate the skin easily carrying them to the deeper layers of the skin. Aloe Vera is believed to have an anti-aging effect on skin.

Prevents Dandruff- Tea Tree Oil-this essential oil is obtained through steam distillation of the foliage from the Australian tea tree Melaleuca alternifolia. Tea Tree Oil is a natural substance with a many uses. It is environmentally safe and has a long history of use and clinical data. Tea Tree Oil contains over one hundred individual organic compounds. Tea Tree Oil has a pronounced antifungal and antibacterial effect, which is extremely beneficial for scalp problems. Tea Tree Oil also helps control fungal dandruff. Helps to unblock clogged hair follicles, moisturize the hair and keep the scalp free of bacteria and fungal problems.
